My mission is to collaborate Locally, Nationally & Internationally with individuals, organizations, and communities as an ally, passionately working to advance equality, human rights, social and racial justice, and foster a more inclusive and compassionate world. I believe that when one ship rises, we all rise, and I offer my services to uplift and support ALL who want to ascend together, ensuring access to health, wealth, community, joy, and inspired living for all, not just the top 10%.

My passion is to inspire people through transformational somatic practices, regenerative superfoods nutrition, storytelling and writing, art, nature & cultural experiences that help people feel more connected to themselves, others, their hearts, their purpose, passions & a consciously designed & aligned life of inspiration, wellbeing & joyful living.
